Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, building a memorial page, submitting tribute content, or using a public Peacee Tribute link, you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. If you are using the service on behalf of a family, funeral parlor, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to provide the information and content submitted.

User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for memorial content, tribute messages, images, programme details, contact details, location information, and any other information submitted through your account. You should only upload content that you own, have permission to use, or are authorized to share with family and public visitors.

Peacee Tribute may remove, hide, or restrict access to content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringes someone else's rights, or is reported by a family representative or authorized account holder.

Payment and Activation

Individual memorial pages may require manual payment confirmation before the live public link can be activated, published, or shared publicly. Super Admins may mark a memorial as paid, waived, or unpaid after reviewing the payment or support request.

Funeral parlor-linked memorial pages may be treated as subscription-covered when they are created under an active funeral parlor profile and within the applicable shared page limit.

Refund Policy

Refund requests for individual memorial page payments may be considered before the memorial page has been activated, published, or substantially fulfilled as a digital service.

Once a memorial page has been activated, published, made available through a public link, or substantially fulfilled, payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for duplicate payments, confirmed billing errors, or where a refund is required by law.

To request a refund review, contact support with the account email, memorial name, payment details, and the reason for the request.

Cancellation Policy

You may stop using Peacee Tribute, delete draft content, or unpublish memorial content where the platform allows it. Deleting or unpublishing content does not automatically create a refund right after the service has been activated or substantially fulfilled.

Funeral parlor subscription cancellation requests should be sent before the next billing period. Memorial pages already created or published under a funeral parlor subscription remain subject to the current service terms and any applicable support arrangements.

Delivery / Service Fulfilment Policy

Peacee Tribute is delivered as a digital service. After account access is available, users can use the memorial builder to create and manage digital memorial content.

For individual memorial pages, public link fulfilment occurs when the page is ready, published, and the required payment activation or waiver has been confirmed. For funeral parlor-linked memorial pages, public link fulfilment may be covered by the funeral parlor package where applicable.

Service fulfilment may depend on accurate user-submitted information, successful account access, payment confirmation where required, and any support review needed for activation or content issues.
